  • Gently pinch around your nipples using your fingers. 

  • Use both hands to hold up your breast from the sides to the center of your chest. 

  • Place your right hand beneath your right breast and gently hold it up. Then, rub your right palm from the side to the center and the left palm from the center to the side. Remember, the directions for the massage should be opposite the two palms. Repeat the same method for your left breast.

  • Use both of your hands to hold up your breast from below to the center of your chest. 

  • Place your thumb on your nipple and the other fingers below. Gently grab your nipple; repeat the process once the nipple area slips out. Use the left palm for the right breast and vice versa.
