Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once products are sold or delivered unless specific conditions are met.
  • Delivery-related damage claims require a compulsory unboxing video and must be raised within 48 business hours.
  • Only products delivered in a physically damaged condition or with missing parts are eligible for returns.
  • Orders are eligible only for replacements, not refunds.
  • Damages caused by customer mishandling will not be covered under the policy.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for COD orders.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will only be processed if the product is damaged during delivery, subject to verification.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days if the cancellation or return meets the policy conditions.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placement by emailing us at help@keyaseth.com with valid reasons.
  • Orders in transit or delivered cannot be canceled.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds for canceled items will be initiated once the order is returned to the warehouse and passes the quality check process (minimum 3 working days).
